Zeroing on Location:
Identify the location you want to live. The best places to live in Hyderabad are the suburbs. Check for the convenience, comfort, elevated position, road access neighborhood and surrounding projects. More the premium projects presence in the neighborhood will increase your investment value. Don’t forget to check the legal titles and if the project is HMDA approved and RERA certified.
Set Your Budget:
Check your eligibility with the preferred bank. Speak with a finance expert to determine how much you can borrow to finance your purchase and obtain pre-approval.
Select your preferred home:
Be one of the first! As an early purchaser, you will have greater opportunity to choose a home that meets your criteria in relation to position, aspect, floor plan and price. Decide what you want:
- How many bedrooms you need?
- How many bathrooms?
- If buying an apartment, do you want ground floor with easy access, or a higher level with a potential view?
- Which floor plan layout do you like?
- Any other considerations to meet your needs and preferences?
Reserve Your Home
Once you have selected your home of choice, to initially take the property off the market for 15 days all you need to do is pay a non-refundable earnest money. This is usually different for a 2BHK and 3BHK apartment. The Project Sales Manager will confirm this amount for you.
Finalise your contract
Finalise your Sale Agreement and pay the balance of the 20% deposit. Sign the agreement. You will automatically receive an email from our CRM team confirming and welcoming you to the family.
Construction in progress and payments
Depending on the construction progress you will receive payment letters periodically. Please intimate your bank for the release of the loans in timely manner and avoid any late payment charges. Your timely payments will ensure the project to be completed on time. Also keep yourself updated on the construction progress during the construction. Our Customer relationship team will send you monthly updates on the progress of your new home.
Once your home is complete, you'll be invited to a pre - inspection and if all is ok you can instruct the CRM team for the property registration of your new home or apartment.
Arrange settlement and transfer of the balance of the purchase price.
Our CRM team will help you through a hassle free registration. Then you move in!
A Post-Handover and Maintenance team shall help you in settling in your new home.
The facilities manager shall be available 24X7 on site to help you.
